Wakeboarding on Pearl River with Gators and Snakes!!

We went wakeboarding with a couple of nurses that Jess works with. I was a little scared to go in the water at first because everyone has told us about the alligators and the snakes that are in the water. We survived though! They must have been scared off by our wakeboarding skills!

Family Plant

Jess Grandma had a plant and took a leaf from it and started another plant for Kathie, Kathie took two leaves from hers and started a plant for Jess and Mike. Jess and I still have his plant and in the 5 years we have been married it has gotten flowers on it twice! Look how pretty!!

Antonelli night at the Mississippi Braves

A few weeks ago I had to work at the Mississippi Braves baseball game. We were hoping to find some students. The game was really fun and I even participated in one of the on field activities!!(race through the yellow pages,who can find Dominoes first?)

I must be used to the white pages because I was looking under the D's the whole time!! ha ha

the storms here are different from back home, the water comes down in sheets. Storms blow through quickly and can cause some damage luckily we were spared this time. This also was somewhat mild compared to what we have seen in the past.

Hayes family

The Hayes/Acker/Reid family was in town this weekend and it was a blast to have some company, it's always a party. The weekend was full of rockband, food, swiming, pop colds, "Stacie....Milo....Stacie... Milo" (brockie), and laughter. Thanks for making the long drive out.

Milo got a tick!

We went camping in Arkansas and when we came home I was petting Milo and felt the strangest little blister on his head so of course Jess was at work and I called him to see what I should do. It really looked like it was connected to Milos head. Jess said to try to pull it off so I got some tweezers and it came off. I was so worried that I hurt him because I thought it was part of him. I picked it up off the floor and lo and behold it had legs!!!!
