Labor Day weekend in Utah

We went to Utah for Labor day, had a great time hanging out with family and got to see almost everyone except Mike who was in LA fighting fires, got to play some golf, swim at Kraig's and go to a world cup qualifier. Matt and Jenny were down from Idaho and Karen and Jerry came up from St. George and of course everyone was hanging out at the Michels playing Wii and cheering on the Bingham vollyball team.. GO Kensie...., as aways the trip was too short and we cant wait to go back!!

DESTIN

Destin is definitely the best part of the south that we have experienced yet. Triathlons are great excuses to vacation and that's pretty much what this was. We stayed in a condo that Heidi found for a good deal with her husband(Randy) daughter(Pacee), sister (Shelley) and brother in law ( Shaden). the Smiths Spencer and Sonya were also down for the tri but stayed at a Friends house (Diane). we didn't do much other than the tri, a little shopping at the outlets, as much beach time as possible and 14 holes of golf at twilight.

Wheel Bug

Wakeboarding on Pearl River with Gators and Snakes!!

We went wakeboarding with a couple of nurses that Jess works with. I was a little scared to go in the water at first because everyone has told us about the alligators and the snakes that are in the water. We survived though! They must have been scared off by our wakeboarding skills!

Family Plant

Jess Grandma had a plant and took a leaf from it and started another plant for Kathie, Kathie took two leaves from hers and started a plant for Jess and Mike. Jess and I still have his plant and in the 5 years we have been married it has gotten flowers on it twice! Look how pretty!!

A few weeks ago I had to work at the Mississippi Braves baseball game. We were hoping to find some students. The game was really fun and I even participated in one of the on field activities!!(race through the yellow pages,who can find Dominoes first?)

I must be used to the white pages because I was looking under the D's the whole time!! ha ha
