ER graduation class 2011

I am so proud of Jess.  He has finally graduated from residency!  It has been a very long road.  His parents were able to come to Mississippi for his graduation dinner.  We are sad to be leaving Mississippi but very excited to be moving to Cache Valley where we met about 12 years ago!

Cardio for Crosby-  We went to a fundraiser to help raise money for this sweet baby and his family.  They had BBQ, cash bar, silent auction, and some group exercise fun!  This cute baby, Crosby is one of my friends neighbors.  He had heart surgery at 10 days old!  His dad is a firefighter and his mom is a teacher.  We had a great time and they raised $4000!!

We were lucky enough to be able to go to the beach for the weekend with our friends the Russells.  The condo we stayed in was right on the beach!  They also had some great outlets down there!

March Madness Competition

MARCH MADNESS INSTRUCTIONS:


First Round: You must collect 5 stickers total for the First Round. However, 4 of them must be different.

Second Round: You must collect 4 stickers, but one of them must be different from the 5 you collected in the First Round.

Semis: You must bring a non-member friend to class with you and you must attend a cycle class. You must attend either a zumba class or a “power” class and one additional clas...s of your choice to collect the 4 stickers from that week.

Finals: You must bring a male to class. If you’re a male, bring another male. You must also attend a back to back class.

Few will make it here, Saturday, April 2 at Lake Harbour, 11:00 a.m., outside, for a physical challenge that will leave only ONE person standing. That member will be the Sole Winner of the Grand Prize Package.

Well I didn't win, but I made it to the finals and to the second round!  It was soooo tough but very fun, plank push ups were killer!!!!

Jess' class planned a cruise to Mexico.  We had a great time all but 3 residents were able to come.
