Jess did awesome on the swim-21 minutes!! had a little trouble with the bike because his chain kept coming off and I did the run in 32 min. hopefully next time i can do it a few minutes faster!

We were able to go to St. George for a week to visit grandma and grandpa, celebrate Jenny's birthday, go to Tuacahn and participate in the Kokopelli triathlon! I feel so lucky that my parents live in such a fun place to visit!!
